Preventive measures for high-frequency mechanical anti-interference:

1. When building a factory building, ensure proper shielding of the system. Use 0.3 galvanized sheet or small wire mesh to shield the surrounding area. Drill 50mm iron pipes 2-3 meters underground, with one every two meters, and connect the shielding mesh to the iron pipe. This way, high-frequency signals are less likely to radiate out of the factory, achieving overall shielding effect.

2. Properly ground the frame and casing of the high-frequency machine, strengthen the shielding of the machine body, and reduce radiation. It is recommended to use angle irons with a width of 50mm × 50mm or more and a length of not less than 2m to be driven into the ground as grounding bodies, and then connect the frame and casing of the high-frequency machine to the grounding body with copper wires of 10mm or more. The connection should be as short as possible, without looping, and avoid turning as much as possible. This can strengthen the shielding of the high-frequency machine body and reduce the intensity of interference signals radiating outward. If there are multiple high-frequency machines in the car (room), it is best to bury a ground wire nearby for each high-frequency machine (or adjacent two machines).

3. Adjust the position and direction of the high-frequency machine. If there are cables hanging on the exterior wall of the house, it is best to set the high-frequency machine at the end away from the cables. In addition, the electronic tube chassis of a regular high-frequency machine has two directions at right angles, which are fixed on the shielding of the galvanized angle iron frame with galvanized iron plates. The radiation is weak and should be directed towards the cable or nearby TV users in these two directions.

4. Ensure proper grounding of the cable TV network and select the optimal location for the cables. The amplifiers and steel strands near the high-frequency machine must be reliably grounded to enhance their shielding capabilities. When hanging cables on the exterior walls of buildings with high-frequency machines, they should be measured outside reinforced concrete components (such as ring beams and cement floor slabs), rather than on the outside of brick walls, as this will result in weaker radiation exposure to the cables.

5. Adjust the position of the amplifier or cable. When the inlet cable of the amplifier is very close to the high-frequency machine (within 10m), the amplifier can be moved forward and the outlet cable can be changed to be close to the high-frequency machine, because the TV signal level here is high, which is conducive to increasing the level difference between the TV signal and the intrusion interference. Alternatively, adjust the main cable to be slightly farther away from the high-frequency machine.

6. Ensure the reliability of cable joints. The connection between amplifiers should use straight through joints as much as possible. The joints of ordinary lines should be made in a standardized and reliable manner. Special attention should be paid to waterproofing the joints to prevent water from entering the joints and causing the outer conductor mesh to break due to mold, resulting in poor shielding and interference signals entering.
