The working principle of a high-frequency welding machine is that a high-frequency generator generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field, and the workpiece is pressed between the upper and lower electrodes with high-frequency electromagnetic fields. The internal molecules are excited and move at high speed, rubbing against each other to generate heat and melt, achieving the purpose of welding under the pressure of the mold.

The high frequency welding machine mainly consists of the following parts:

 

1、 High frequency generator

 

Electronic tube: The core component that generates high-frequency electromagnetic fields and converts electrical energy into high-frequency electromagnetic energy.

Oscillatory circuit: responsible for generating oscillation signals of specific frequencies to drive the operation of electronic tubes.

Control circuit: Accurately control the output power, frequency, and other parameters of the high-frequency generator to meet different welding requirements.

2、 Pressure device

 

Cylinder or hydraulic cylinder: Provides the pressure required for welding to ensure a tight fit of the welding material.

Pressure regulation system: The pressure can be adjusted according to different welding materials and process requirements.

3、 Workbench and mold

 

Workbench: used for placing welding materials, usually made of metal materials, with good conductivity and heat resistance.

Mold: Designed and manufactured according to the shape and size of the welded product, used to guide high-frequency electromagnetic fields and concentrate heat on the welded area. Molds are generally made of materials with good conductivity such as copper and aluminum.

4、 Control system

 

Control panel: equipped with various operation buttons and indicator lights, convenient for operators to control the operation status of the equipment.

Electrical control system: Electrical control of various parts of the equipment to achieve automated operation.

5、 Safety protection device

 

Overcurrent protection: When the equipment experiences overcurrent, it automatically cuts off the power supply to protect the safety of the equipment and operators.

Overvoltage protection: prevents equipment from being damaged due to high voltage.

Safety door: During equipment operation, it prevents operators from coming into contact with high-frequency electromagnetic fields and high-temperature areas, ensuring personal safety.
