Principle of high-frequency equipment

High frequency equipment, also known as high-frequency machines, has a wide range of applications and is closely related to our lives, but few people are familiar with it.

High frequency refers to electromagnetic waves with a frequency greater than 100KHZ, which use high-frequency magnetic fields to accelerate the movement of molecules inside materials and generate high temperatures, and apply appropriate pressure to promote the fusion of two/two layers of materials into one. Unlike ultrasound, which became well-known to the public in early 2020 due to the surge in demand for mask machines caused by the pandemic, ultrasound refers to sound waves with a frequency exceeding 20KHZ. By using sound waves, the surface material molecules of two/two materials in contact generate heat through friction, and then apply pressure to weld and fuse them together.
In fact, compared to many mechanical industries, high-frequency is considered a relatively niche industry. When I first started working with it more than a decade ago, I had never heard of this type of equipment. It is precisely because of its obscurity and differentiation from ordinary heating machines. Many users who have just come into contact with or even operated high-frequency waves for a long time have only a partial understanding of its working principle.
High frequency plastic welding machine, also known as high-frequency machine by many people, is actually two different names for the same equipment. The root cause is related to its earliest origin. High frequency was first developed by Emerson's homepage and later spread to Taiwan Island in Japan. With the reform and opening up, Taiwan funded enterprises have entered the trend of inland production. High frequency waves have also entered mainland China. Moreover, the name high-frequency machine was first introduced to the mainland due to the rise of another Hong Kong island in China, resulting in a situation where the same machine has different names.
High frequency refers to electromagnetic waves with a frequency higher than 100KMZ. The working principle is to emit high-frequency electromagnetic waves through a high-frequency oscillation tube in an oscillation bucket, and then conduct them through a high-frequency circuit to generate a high-frequency electromagnetic field between the upper and lower electrodes of the equipment head. The processed polar plastic molecules such as PVC_TPU-EVA accelerate in the direction of the electromagnetic field and generate a large amount of Joule heat instantly through friction with each other. Therefore, this process can be regarded as accelerating molecular motion (permeation) and instantaneous internal heating. This process can be used for welding polar molecular plastics and embossing leather.
High frequency welding machines can be divided into two types according to their applications: high-frequency plastic welding machines and high-frequency metal heating machines. In the plastic industry, they are used for welding more than 30% polyvinyl chloride and TPU (polyurethane) plastics, such as vacuum packaging, PVC film materials, rolled films, automotive interiors, geothermal bags, quick doors, canopy canvas, seat cushions and backrests, ice pads and air cushions, medical supplies, and so on. Moreover, the metal industry is mainly used for wire embedding, metal heating, metal heat treatment, quenching, annealing, or metal welding.     When choosing high-frequency equipment, it is important to choose a reputable manufacturer because the high-frequency working process emits high-frequency electromagnetic waves. Qualified and high-quality equipment has comprehensive electromagnetic protection and shielding that meets international safety standards. Poor quality high-frequency conduction circuit design is unreasonable and lacks high-frequency shielding measures. During use, it is easy to burn out the electronic components of the equipment itself, which can have a negative impact on the health of the operators, and the surrounding electronic products cannot function properly.
